Founded in 1975, Centro de la Familia de Utah works toward its mission of “Developing educational opportunities that empower Latinos"  economically, socially and politically and addressing the community's social, cultural, and linguistic needs.

Educated, self-sufficient, empowered Latinos contributing to their communities.

Goals

Centro de la Familia’s strategic plan goals include:

1. Align and strengthen infrastructure and technology to support and accomplish agency goals.
2. Impact public policy by identifying and assessing key issues affecting access to education and supplemental services for Latinos.
3. Acquire and assure stewardship of appropriate resources to accomplish agency goals. Centro de la Familia de Utah will evaluate and pursue social entrepreneurship opportunities that are profitable and provide support for the agency’s mission, vision, and goals.
